Please read over the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service. It is recommended that you save a copy of this page for your records, as you will only be held to what is printed in this agreement at the time of your order, but we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
Section I - Payments
Payments will only be accepted through Paypal if you would like to make a purchase through the store. All other payment methods, including but not limited to checks or cash through the mail, can only be used if an order is placed via email. Section II - Shipping
We ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excludes USA holidays) of receiving your order. In most cases, it will be faster than that.
If there will be a foreseen delay in shipments, a notice will be posted on the front page of the site, or on any items that will take longer to ship. If an unforeseen delay occurs (availability issue, etc), you will be notified via email as soon as possible. In general, with some exceptions, we process shipments every day of the week (Monday-Friday), with orders actually put into the postal system the following day after processing. There will be times that we will not be able to ship every day of the week, and if it will be more than 2 days of shipping delays, it will be posted at the top of every page of this website. If your order is time sensitive, please be sure to contact us before placing your order to make sure that we will be able to send it out in time.
Shipments will be made through the United States Postal Service unless a customer specifically requests another service (may incur additional cost). If you require a faster shipping speed than our default free shipping, please contact us for more information. We can ship internationally, but at this time, you must contact us for a shipping quote.
Section III - Return policy
Returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis. You have up to two weeks after the item arrives to make a claim by contacting wolfeh@fauxpawfashions.com. Returns will only be accepted if approved. Approved returns will receive a full refund less shipping only if the item(s) are in new condition with all tags intact. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is being returned as a result of an error on our end. Please note that the color differing from the picture does not constitute an error on our end (unless you have been shipped the wrong item) and will still require the buyer to pay return shipping.
